Before the client came to us with their concerns. Quick Repair Limited was doing everything manually. Physical records were kept, which frequently prompted rehashes of records. Inventory management was difficult. Things got chaotic when inventory expanded. The owner knew that innovation could not only help streamline operations, it could actually attract growth.

Challenges

As Quick Repair Limited is an international client, we had to work within different time zones and make sure communication was our top priority. There were a lot of changes throughout the development period, so it was important to be responsive and integrate these as efficiently as possible. Through our project management methodology, adjustments were innovative rather than regressive, and we were able to produce software that exceeded expectations.
